The Innisfil Historical Society is a non-profit, volunteer community group concerned with the preservation of the Town of Innisfil's history. The group’s objectives include:
- Creating a better understanding of our past and its value to life today and in the future.
- Preserving information about the Town’s history and increasing access to this history.
- Assisting anyone seeking information about Innisfil and its people.
Meetings:
The Innisfil Historical Society meets at 2:00 pm on the third Saturday of each month at Knock School Heritage Site (unless otherwise advertised).
No meetings are held in December, July or August.

Join the Innisfil Historical Society as a member for only $30 per year per individual, family or couple. To renew your membership for 2025, please click here. Completed forms may be emailed to innisfilhistoricalinfo@gmail.com; mailed to the address below; or brought to the next regular meeting. Payment can be made with any of the following methods:

Document Centre:
The Document Centre collection, originally housed at Knock School Heritage Site, has now been completely scanned and digitized to Our Stories Innisfil.
We welcome donations of photos that reflect the ever-changing landscape and businesses of our more recent past. Any new items are added by contacting the Library or by reaching out to innisfilhistoricalinfo@gmail.com
